Dior Valentina’s greatest commitment is customer satisfaction as we highly value our customers. We are confident that you should be pleased with your purchase. For any reason you are unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept returns and/or exchanges within 20 days of delivery- with a complimentary free return.

Eligibility for return

Full priced items are eligible for a refund or exchange if returned within 20 days of delivery date. Return items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and include all original tags attached. Dior Valentina will not be held responsible for the loss of any goods being returned. 

All items have a strict protocol with quality control and checked for any damages before they are delivered to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.

Damaged, soiled, altered, or if labels have been removed- returns will not be accepted and possibly sent back to the customer. Dior Valentina has the right to determine the condition of the returned product. If it is determined to not be in accordance to the policy, orders will not be accepted for a return or store credit. The return of any damaged or soiled items will be at the expense of the customer.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. We will not accept any liability for these goods on the return.

  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

     

    Exchange Procedure:

    Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must comply to our 30 day returns policy. In order to initiate and process the exchange- please comply to our return procedure for a refund and process a new order for the preferred item.  

    Note: Return items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and include all original tags attached. 

     

    Cancellations

    If an order needs to be amended or cancelled, it can only be reversed if the order has not been processed. Please contact customer care at customerservices@diorvalentina.com with a cancellation request marked “Cancellation request”. For any additional questions or concerns, please give us a call and any of our client advisors will be delighted to assist you.

This varies on the color reproduction on your computer or mobile device. Information on this website is subject to change without notice.

    We reserve the right to reject any order that is placed. Orders are intended to be sold exclusively to end buyers for their personal needs and are not intended for resell or commercial purposes.
